Our capabilities include ultrasonic welding, automatic lead making, wire coloring/marking/striping, harness braiding, shielding, twisting, potting, pull & pressure testing, and 100% electrical tests for insulation, shorts, resistance, capacitance, and more.
Integrated Instrument Panels, Clusters, Dashboards
STI Instrument Panels and Dashboards are customized & CNC routed from durable heavy-gauge polycarbonate material. Custom Placards use thin-gauge polycarbonate material with reverse side printing/silk-screening for reliable long-term wear and scratch resistance in harsh environments. We can develop or install any combination of gauges, switches, back-lighting, audible/visual alarms, harnesses, and electronic controls.
